Zamahn has spent the last 7 years working as the Business Development Manager and Project Manager for ECC Fit Out & Construction in Dubai, U.A.E. During this time he managed to generate revenues of circa 250 Million AED and Project Managing over 40 projects. Zamahn has built a strong network with Consultants, Contractors and Interior Designers.
Before joining ECC, Zamahn ran his own successful Property Development Company in London where he maintained an average ROI of just over 20%. The company specifically looked for properties that could be extended to increase the square footage in order to maximise the profit.
